Our interviews are meant to capture the essence and flair of our artist of the week, through candid settings and unique questions—The Introducing Series aired on 94.7 Hits FM every Sunday from 7 to 8pm.
MY EXPERIENCE
At 94.7 Hits FM Martz Communications Group, I co-created and co-hosted "The Introducing Series." A weekly radio & video series where Marc (my co-host) and I interviewed emerging artists in the music industry, curated music for our listeners and presented live sessions to our viewers.
I had the opportunity to cover festivals such as ÎleSoniq and photograph artists at venues such as Corona Theatre and MTelus in Montreal, Quebec. I worked with various professionals in the music industry ranging from publicists at some of the biggest record labels in the industry to managers of local independent musicians. I also produced a weekly radio and video series, which garnered hundreds of thousands of views and listens. Among the list of musicians we interviewed included: Billie Eilish, Bazzi, LP, Charlotte Cardin, Grandson and Anne-Marie.
Ultimately, I increased the overall reach and engagement on the 94.7 Hits FM social media accounts by 200%: Up to 30,000 listeners/episode, up to 60,000 views/video and 250,000+ total video views across all platforms.
